Effective communication is the foundation for success in all aspects of life, yet it is a skill that requires continuous development. In this course, REALTORS will explore how personality styles shape communication, both as a catalyst for success and a potential barrier. By examining different communication styles through the DISC assessment, REALTORS will gain a deeper understanding of their own traits and how these impact interactions with others. This self-awareness will empower REALTORS to communicate more clearly, efficiently, and with greater impact, strengthening relationships with clients and colleagues. Through the DISC assessment and on-demand sessions, participants will refine their communication skills, shedding ineffective habits and embracing strategies that foster mutual understanding and respect, ultimately driving greater success in their professional relationships.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
- Please set aside 15 minutes of UNINTERRUPTED time to complete the assessment.
- Detailed instructions are on the screens of the assessment, please read them carefully.
- As you make your choices, bear in mind that no answer is better than any other, just as no style is better than any other.
- You may sometimes feel you are contradicting yourself -- that is normal and of no concern.
