This one-hour course will provide an overview of artificial intelligence (A.I.), how it is impacting the real estate industry, and potential pitfalls to avoid when utilizing A.I. software. First, the course will breakdown what artificial intelligence is and how it might be used in the real estate business. The class will go through several real-life scenarios to apply the information learned. Next, the course will discuss the use of A.I. in the context of Fair Housing as well as in advertising. This will be followed by a discussion of the duty of confidentiality, breaches of that duty, and the use of A.I. in contracts.
